SIP Training Courses

SIP training courses will be taking place during the weeks of November 6th 2006 and November 13th 2006.

These courses are open to individuals who wish to learn about SIP, the “award winning” Ubiquity SIP products and how to use them to develop “state of the art” converged real-time communication services, capable of delivering converged voice, video and data.

Introduction to SIP: The week-long “Introductory Course” opens with a one day seminar on SIP Essentials, understanding what it is, why it evolved and how today it is being used for development of basic and advanced forms of converged telephony services. The remaining four days is focused on instructing developers how to develop such services with the award-winning Ubiquity SIP Application Server.

Advanced SIP Topics: The week-long “Advanced Course” is focused on more advanced topics, such as the Sh interface and IMS Billing, Management and Administration of the SIP A/S. This course also covers the very latest developments Ubiquity has made with the SIP A/S Service Creation Environment, including how to leverage a unique SOA framework for the rapid creation of innovative Session Control, IVR interaction and Conferencing services.

HP Service Delivery Platform

HPHP has embraced Ubiquity SIP AS within HP SDP solution. Several converged SIP-based end-user services have been developed that use the Ubiquity SIP Application Server, along with HP products. Enabled in HP-Intel Solution Centers worldwide, Grenoble (France), Richardson (US), and Shanghai (China), these solutions pre-integrate the Ubiquity SIP Application servers with the HP SDP, HP OpenCall software, HP OpenView software, and the HP Integrated Services Management framework to demonstrate multiple, converged SIP environments running together. The solutions are ready and available to major service providers for demonstration, testing, proof of concept and pilot trials in a real-life environment. HP Consulting and Integration IMS-SDP practise are deploying these solutions.
