Calling Card and VoIP Operators can now offer bundled services using IPsmarx Technology’s solutions.
The addition of Unified Customer Management to IPsmarx’ already robust Softswitch and Calling Card Platforms gives operators the ability to offer a complete suite of VoIP and calling card services to their end users.
Now IPsmarx clients have the unique ability to offer calling card, PINless dialing, IP phone, and video over IP services to the same customer and provide only one bill for all services. Their end users also enjoy the convenience of signing up for each service using one user friendly web interface.
By taking advantage of Unified Customer Management, service providers can offer IP phone service for their clients along with a PINless calling service to make sure they can make low-cost VoIP calls from any landline or cell phone as well. With IPsmarx package billing feature, Service Providers can decide to bill for all services on a per minute or flat rate basis as well as create selling packages, or “bundles”, for different services. Some services that can be offered using IPsmarx’ platform are wholesale VoIP, calling card, PINless dialing service, residential VoIP service, and video over IP.
